Guess what's sitting on my living room floor?

Yup. :thumb:

Anybody ever install same? I have only had time to quickly review the instructions, but they seem a little bit 'in kit form' if you know what I mean. Some assembly required. Don't cut the wires or you void your warranty, etc. Which means the install will be a little cobby.

Chili don't do cobby. Chili don't like voiding warranty either though.
Anybody?

cool :)

I got to wheel with Pat at the Chili Challenge and watch him weld a few trail repairs, one of which was a 60/9 hybrid with the tubes coming apart. He laid down a better bead with the PPW than most can do in their garage with optimum conditions :)

Its a very very impressive machine if you know how to use it :thumb:

I'm looking forward to it.
[bump] Has anyone done an install? Things to be aware of? Or am I just being a namby pamby?

LOL
Brave man. Very brave man. :lmao:
Let me get some things done on the truck that are a must-do for CM, and we shall see. From what I read though, the high frequency welding of a Premier makes for some excellent quality welds.

At 196K, the Chili is well out of warranty.
The Premier Power Welder, on the other hand, still has one. :lmao:
