Looking for a referral for a Powder Coating company who will coat a home appliance (Viking Stove). Just the front face and the manufacture has given instructions how to take panel off. Color to be purple....

There are two in Golden that are right next door to each other. Powder coating specialties and Foothills powder coating. I used the former for some suspension pieces and a bumper and was very happy with them .

Premium in Longmont does nice custom work. I’d pull the part and take it to them

I have heard great things about Blue Flame but the quote I got from them was seemingly crazy high, but I think l powder coaters are more expensive these days?

We send 99% of our stuff to Blue Flame Powder Coating. They are the most professional and proficient coaters I have ever worked with. They have the cleanest, best lit, and best run shop floor in the business. Chris (the owner) and Taddy (the general manager) are top notch guys who run a tight ship.
Yes, some may say that they are a little more expensive. However, their process and attention to detail warrants it.
The 1% of our stuff that we don't send to them is only the stuff that is too long to fit in their 20ft oven.

Hopefully, whoever you use will be quoting a high temp coating since it is the front of the oven. I would want something that is rated to at least 400F for that piece.

Another vote for Blue Flame. I use them for all my stuff, they are great. And it doesn't hurt that they're across the street.

I was very impressed with their email communication and info!

Thank you all! I've passed along the recommendations, now they can do their own research.

This is a great point. And now that I think of it... Powder coating might not actually be the right move here. Ceracoating would probably be a far better option. It can actually handle those higher temps. I think Powder coat will just melt.

The outside of the oven (decoration) that they are putting color on shouldn't get that hot. It's insulated inside, but I'll mention it.
