Before I got my collector's plates, I always went to Steve's Emissions in Wheat Ridge on 44th between Kipling and Wadsworth.

FWIW, I passed without even a visual inspection. They never even popped my hood open. I went at the end of the month and they were super busy, maybe they skipped a step but I passed.

I have all the old gear in a box on my shelf if you ever need to bolt it up for a visual inspection, you are welcome to it.

...For technical reasons, you do NOT need EGR in Colorado, even if the rig was so equipped from the factory. Also, none of the factory smog spaghetti needs to be present...
