OEM clutch kit?

How much should I pay for an OEM clutch kit? (is there such a thing)
Should I just get the $250 Napa kit?
How important is OEM for this part?

I went with the stock clutch kit from CDan.
I paid less then Napa's price shipped, it arrived 2 days after I ordered and I got all the seals I will need.
