How long is the day. I have the kids all weekend but I'd be up for a another run. Never done Chinamans, Uncle Ben could a mall cruising, grocery getting, IFS, panty wagon make it up something like Chinamans?

Yes.

You will likely scratch sliders and bumpers on rocks.

The day is a longish one but not bad. The trail can be between 2 and 6 hours depending on the pace. Then there are 2.5 hours to and from the trail.
