Do you guys have a O2 sensor, harness side, Male plug you can sell me? I've got one that was melted at some point.
Added: I have not yet verified this first hand. See updates! I'm looking for a reliable aftermarket option for 90980-11178.Do you guys have a O2 sensor, harness side, Male plug you can sell me? I've got one that was melted at some point.

If it's the side with the pins (typically known as male) the Toyota part number for this connector (usually for the O2) is 90980-10868. The term "connector" refers to the plastic molded part.
The "terminal" is the little metal part that is crimped on the wire and there's a rubber "seal" or "insulation" that is also crimped.
Toyota part number 82998-12430 is a 160mm long piece of wire with the terminal and seal crimped on. You can cut and solder on 4 new wires if you want. That's how the repair manual suggests to do it.

If you want to do the repair yourself with all new parts and no pigtails this is a kit for the OEM (Yazaki) parts: https://www.corsa-technic.com/item.php?item_id=992
This is the mating side (with the sockets or female), which is Toyota 90980-10869 for the connector and the factory 160mm pigtail is 82998-12440.

The OEM is this: https://www.corsa-technic.com/item.php?item_id=895
This video shows basically how these connectors work.

Make sure you unlock the connector, there's a retainer in the connector that has to pull forward (the red part in his video, but on these it's black or white in they grey connectors). This step is missed often and unless you do this the next step will not work.
Then you use the flat terminal tool to push up the ramp and the terminal will pull backward. The terminals can be released from the connector with a very small, flat tool. A small jeweler's screwdriver might work if you're careful.
To install you push the terminal and seal in from the back until it clicks. Repeat for all four and then push the retainer back in to lock all the pins.
Here's a few of the graphics that are specific to the Yakazi types Toyota uses as to how the retainer locks should be released. How you do it depends and I'm not sure which is right on this one exactly.
A side view of releasing the tab on the terminal itself.
