Well, I should probably have put the money in a college fund for the kids or something, but after 5 or 6 years of threatening to finally buy a dual sport, I found a great deal and brought this home.
It's a 2002 DR650 with 5500 miles. Mikuni T-40 carb, Q4 pipe, big tank, Dirtbagz rack and panniers, nice bars, barkbusters, good seat, Cogent-tuned suspension, lowered wide pegs, skids... all the stuff I wanted to do, but now I can just get on with the riding.
