First bug is how to change the notice at the top. I can't find it in the Admin panel.

I, like Ken don't have full and correct privileges yet and don't show a vice commander or CM committee badge yet but I do know the team is on it.

Every time I try to post, anywhere, it says that it's pending approval from a moderator.
Am I the only one having this issue?

Agreed. It seems to be very strange. Several pics uploaded but the rest were “too large”? Same size and resolution pics. Larger picture limit would be nice.
