Well I didn't need it but I have it
This is a 75 FJ40 with 90k documented miles
Its been sitting in a field for 4 years so I'm dealing with wonderful amounts of nastiness in the tank and carb I'm working on
All original and cool part about this one is it was John Denver's
Picture is before my bezel mod
Also new wheels going on so if anyone wants some free rollers let me know

That is some seriously cool lineage . . . and much better than acquiring his plane.

I really dig that one. What a cool story. I assume you have the paper trail to show it was Johns? No wonder he got Rocky Mountain High... he could have just been talking about driving his 40!

Arthog is a go for the rollers so if something happens
They are yours
I'm going to sell some 15" steelies if your interested
They are clip less though so if you want hub caps these won't work

I found it in a field and sent a letter to the owner of the property
Same way I found my 77 although that took about 2 years
Spent about 10 minutes with some rubbing compound on the hood and it did wonders

"Sunshine on my 40 makes me happy"
Sorry bad joke

Did you put a "tall skinny" on your spare as well? They look great.

Same size tire on a split rim
I have four more split rims but they are on my other 40 so eventually they will all be on here
