Oh, what a feeling... 
New body mount bushings (and a half-inch lift) make a world of difference in the ride of my old truck. (Of course, getting the body off the rock sliders was a good thing too.) It took days to get the final two bushings off the front of my 4Runner, but I did learn some new tricks. I ended up pouring out about a gallon of rust from inside the front bumper, but thats a project for another rainy day. Next project is shims for the rear to adjust the driveline angle.
