There's also a new place on Pearl Street (east of the mall) called Snooze. I went over Thanksgiving break and the food is tasty, but the prices are a bit high.

Snooze is awesome! Nice to finally get one in Boulder. We've been to the both of the one's in Denver and we like the new one in Boulder more! Get there early or plan on waiting in line for a while! At least the offer free coffee to those in line!!!
I've eaten at Snooze and it was good. I believe it's all vegetarian however.
