Used to.....
Once, when I invested for a profitable future, and a way to put three kids through collage, sleep was easy....now that the state and other political forces seem to think small business should be non-profit....not so much. Thus the reason I'm staying out of the landlord/tenant banter on Robbies thread. 
Anytime any one whines that landlords are unfair I invite them to wear my shoes for a day!
