Your map is confusing mainly because Chips has moved a couple times. Leenies is where Chips was which is in behind Flatirons Church. So basically South of Taco Bell, in the same strip mall as Flatirons church, Subway, Tings place and Bing Mine are housed.

The blue marker is better than Google maps wanted to put it. I put in on the front door, more or less.
