Ige -these are a giveaway item over on craigslist- I found it hard to believe also but they are on there almost every day.

that is going to be a tough sell.....I guess folks are acutely aware what it takes to keep these heated all the time.

I talked to Paul last week and $3k is his bottom. We too offered a little less since we do not have to replace ours right now. Problem is ours is build into the deck so we'll have to crane it out and then in...........extra$$$$ for sure.

Ige or Paul keep us in mind, we are interested but at a lower price.
