Where Really: Flat Tops, or Wheeler Geologic, or The Snowy Range / Encampment, WY area, or Kilpecker Dunes, WY area (sand don't burn except maybe your toes)

What: Expedition Style Overland Car Camping Sleeping Around. I.E.
Tentative Schedule:

• Wednesday PM: Drive sumptin sumptin a couple hours to get out of town, eat sumptin sumptin, sleep, and then
• Thursday: wake, drink coffee and eat sumptin sumptin, drive, eat lunch, drive, eat sumptin sumptin for dinner, sleep,
• Friday: wake, drink coffee and eat sumptin sumptin, drive, eat lunch, drive, eat sumptin sumptin for dinner, sleep,
• Saturday: wake, drink coffee and eat sumptin sumptin, drive, eat lunch, drive, eat sumptin sumptin for dinner, sleep,
• Sunday: wake, drink coffee and eat sumptin sumptin, drive, eat lunch, drive home
• Ongoingly: see stuff, listen to bad jokes, chill.

Yes, I am in. I had planned on attending the Rocky Mtn. Toyota Roundup July 21-25 in Ouray.
They ( the organizers) cancelled the event due to the wildfires. My schedule is now open and available.
Sumptin and sumptin sounds GREAT! I have been to Wheeler Geo. area and it is a fun ride in and out and yes, you can camp near the end of the trail. But, I do not think that it is a 4-5 day event. I have been to the flat tops many times. Maybe do both? I am in for anyplace (s) that are selected.

Yeah, I also heard of the cancellation.
Not sure what will happen with this but there are always open mountains somewhere.
As you can see, this is not getting traction either. People are traveling, have had work issues, etc.
