love to go..need to get out, but that's the colorado assoc of 4wd clubs board meeting and truckfest, so i'll be there.

A trailer can definitely make it to the meeting spot, no issues. I couldn't see a capacity issue either, that place is huge. Only potential drag may be if you wanted to leave your trailer and then wheel with the group you'd have to go back and get it, and most runs out of there wouldn't return back the same way. But not a reason not to bring it, if you want to camp in a trailer go for it.

If it is a 'meeting run', are families/passengers encouraged? Do we need to bring chairs for the meeting and then we head out to explore/play for a bit on a trail run?

Stock is fine, but there is one particular area that is tricky and tight. I would suggest leaving trailer behind. Also, there arent all that many places to pass on a lot of Yankee Hill on the shelf-ish type roads. I would also be prepared for a lot of side-by-sides. Super fun trail, but def wouldnt take a trailer.

I’d like to postpone the July 4th meeting to Saturday July 7th.

Just a reminder, the reason that those of us who work every Saturday can't attend runs on Saturdays is...because we are at work. Why can't we have more club stuff on Sundays when we don't have to work?
