The Jenny Creek trail run is here Saturday July 22. We will be meeting the Boulder Rangers in the morning for the usual briefing and paper work. We need someone to step up and take lead for this run. Please help out and make a plan!

What does getting an OHV sticker entail? Is it something that we need to get ahead of time?

You have to get an OHV sticker on things like dirt bikes and boats but you do not normally on most 4wd trails since they are considered roads and your license plates covers you.

However there's a few trails that are called fullsize OHV trails and you have to have an OHV sticker regardless of your license plate status.

Yes, you have to deal with it ahead of time, you have to do some paperwork with CPW.

They've been adding more and more trails to the list.

Sounds reasonable enough.

Once again, a Saturday run that I work on Saturdays. Can we have a Sunday run please? Before someone lays in to me, all the runs I have led over the past couple decades have been on Sundays.

I plan to attend. Haven’t been on that trail in several years. Was introduced to the 80 burrito engine warming technique by @nuclearlemon on my first club run.
I don't know if it was Tim Nakari's "snackster" or Perry Loughridge that introduced it to our club but tht concept has been in the club for a while. My wife was appalled at first!

All, We need to have a leader step up and say so, and take charge of organizing this run or it's not gonna happen. I can't do it this week, but I do have to confirm with BRD that we are, or are not doing it. I don't really care when it is done, we can push it back a couple of weeks if that's better? If Jeff wants to move it to Sunday, and it's ok with everyone who wants to go, then do that. Please, we need commitment and leadership here folks. Ok I've said my peace, thanks
