It appears the LF was assembled wrong as the balls have not been tracking in the center. All wasn't lost though as the intact (but damaged) bell and stub have become a new novelty.......the Bobby Longshot! I'm sure pictures will follow!


Cotton is an all time nasty this year and wind through the grass-less cotton filled Slickrock has been quite discouraging! Many folks have bugged out of Slickrock and are staying in surrounding campgrounds and hotels. I am in Charlie Rupps (Papa Smirf) cabin right now at the Riverbend Oasis campground and not only is the wireless working great the grass buffers the wind and sand storms and the lack of cotton is a welcome relief!

A lot of running Cliffhanger, have a couple pics from today. Nakman and I ran Hells today too with Mike Coons - really happy with my 40! Got a little over 15 mpg between Glenwood and here, running 65-75 Took 6 hours exactly topless and doorless! Was able to do everything my buddy CJ7 Matt couldn't do, except get myself out of one of the bathtubs.
