Help drill

Guys,
I need to drill and tap 4, 1/2" holes in a piece of 3/4" plate to mount my fj60 box to my 40 frame I have bits, taps, steel but no drill press so If you can help me out let me know. It's pretty much all I have left to get my 40 road worthy. :bowdown:

i'm in castle rock, you can use mine.
