It probably goes without saying, but please bring whatever device you plan to use on the trail and have an active account with Gaia. Although you might get more out of the workshop with a subscription to Gaia, you can follow along with the free version. If nothing else, it will be a chance for you to see the differences and determine if a subscription is worth it to you. It's only $35/year and I've found it to be MORE than worth it.
Either way, please have a device with you and Gaia already loaded. Devices include iPads, tablets, laptops and cell phones.

Will we have access to a projector or a TV/display with an HDMI input? I have an ipad with GAIA premium and an adapter that outputs video from the lightning cable to HDMI. It might make it a lot easier to have a large screen instead of a bunch of people crowding around a small 10" screen.

Yes, and that's the intent with people following along on their own devices.
