Took a drive up Geneva Creek yesterday. Didn't make it all the way as the upper part of the trail is still under 2' or so of snow. Beautiful area. Took it easy, explored with the kids and cleaned up someone else's firing range mess.

Looking forward to getting back up there after the snow melts.

This is what was just at my feet when we stopped for lunch. The girls considered it treasure hunting so it was fun for them. We picked up well over 100 shells just in the small area where we were. Can't imagine what would have been at the other campsites along the road...

Wow, thanks for cleaning that up. Great pictures, and it looks like the snow is well along making its retreat...can't wait to get up there next weekend...

We always did trash pickups when we were at the beach. This is no different. Just super bummed to see so much. Totally surprised by that.

Hope the snow melts some more for you. The third pic is where we got stopped. Still a couple of feet of snow there. Maybe 300 yards worth. Might have been passable but I wasn't going to chance it with the girls in the back.

That would require a working frontal lobe, which is nonfunctional apparently.

I was just up there last weekend. Seems that the snow has encroached further down hill since your trip. I may be back up there this next weekend. That's one of my favorite places to hang out.

Although, I wish people wouldn't litter it up so much. Seems highly irresponsible.
