FZJ80 brake booster push rod adjustment?

I think I got lucky the last time I did it on my 80. I just slapped the new booster on and it was good.
Recently at the shop I was adjusting one on an FJ40. I used a dab of marking grease that @MonPetiteShoe had and did some trial and error until it was touching, then backed it off a little bit. Worked great, but I could see how this tool would be a huge time saver!

I did not realize this was a sensitive adjustment. I just matched my new booster to the old one and threw it on.

does it stop? Then good
