This is still happening? We may have been hacked again.

My memory is it just wasn't worth buying an upgrade. Changing to a forum software that renders on small screens would be nice.
Why is discussing Xenfro not an option? Cost? Overhead? Other?
Browsing on web browser on phone or tablet is perfectly fine on MUD.
TOTALLY agree. for that alone we should switch to zenforo
It's probably just me, it's a pain on an iPhone 5. I don't use tapatalk either and only get the desktop view shoehorned. I guess it renders ok in the sense that the forum resizes to a 4" screen. But it doesn't optimize for a small mobile so images are random sizes and sometimes huge. Composing is impossible. Our current forum renders on my phone just fine...
The concern I have that was mentioned earlier by a couple of people is the version that we are on is not going to be supported for ever. It's already pretty old. I agree with Matt in looking at what we need to do to keep up to date. I was always a fan of windows XP, but when Microsoft stopped supporting it, it was time to move on.

I don't mind cutting my images down for RS's vB...seriously...if you can't bother to do that then you are just damn lazy.
How much of the older site content would be lost by moving to a new system?
Nah, this is entirely wrong. Resizing images in 2018 is silly when seemingly every website worth its salt can dynamically scale images based on browser size and monitor resolution, even live and on the fly as you resize your browser window.
And how do you know what size you should scale your images manually even if you're the type of person to willingly do excess work when tools exist to do this work for you? My screen at work is a 27" 4k monitor. My laptop at home is not. My phone is not. Many users browse with a full-screen window. Some with a partial window. What's this magic size that you suggest makes all of this work so well?
The death of antiquated web software is by a thousand inconveniences. In a world where things can be changed so rapidly and companies are competing for the best and sleekest UI, sitting still is a sure way to ensure that your web presence becomes obsolete and fades away.
Dont be afraid of change, Remember when you guys thought IFS was the end of the world?
