and Smashburger on Arapahoe is good too (Smashfries, yum)
Brothers BBQ is a good one too (Arapahoe)
and i like Illegal Petes too

Brewery Bar III has great mexican food, and it is only a block further south than Rio Grande...., Jason's Deli, Is the Trail Dust still open ?

I think I'm out for this Friday -- our ad agency is in town, so I'll probably be eating with them. If I can make it, I will, but it's doubtful.
