I think OEM usually last around 200k. I'm really hoping to never change mine again.

I'm sure it is dependent on driveshaft angle. Moving from no lift, to 2" to 3" within 3 years seems to have been the final death blow to mine.

and thats the thing I'm stock ride height still. I have definitely found it to be a pita replacing the ujoints on the rear shaft. hard to get a good setup on the press so it presses straight as the ears/craddles whatever seem to be slanted. I'm considering buying a remann'd shaft this next time. iirc theyre not too spendy.

Driveline service of Boulder did a nice job for me, thanks for all the recommendations above.

I took him a newer, bent OEM driveline from my 100 and asked if he thought we could keep all the Toyota parts and just re-tube it.
He re-tubed it with 0.080 wall tubing, balanced, and painted. All ahead of schedule for a good price. I ran it fast yesterday and it's smooth through the range, ready to go back to UT!

Glad to hear that Andy, I have original shafts in my 92 190k, I'll do them with OEM joints before Moab. Thanks
