I think that they have started construction on Alpine Tunnel to restore it. @bh4rnnr or @dan1554 or can @LARGEONE confirm?
This would keep us close to Princeton Hot Springs without having to go all the way into town.

Yeah, don't ask the DSP&P nerd about the Alpine Tunnel....

The palisades are getting really, really close to being done and open again.

I'm super excited about alpine tunnel since its something I missed. At least for 4x4.

I am extremely bummed that this has to be canceled this year. I don't think I will be able to reschedule for this year but if that changes, I will re-post. I had some unexpected health concerns pop up. I have reached out to everyone who was a still a go and appreciate their understanding.
Sara Sherk (lizard 80 from Utah) may still be in BV end of the week and weekend to explore if anyone is down to meet up with her.
