Well I am a little bummed.. am in Salt Lake today, and was hoping to get to the Heritage Museum to see the full collection here. but they're closed today... i think everyone's been diverted to work on setting up for cruiserfest.
I am pretty excited to share that I unveiled the collection at the Land Cruiser Heritage museum in Salt Lake at CruiserFest this year! Greg, Dan, Kyle, and Sarah have put a lot of work into the displays and continue to improve on it. The pics of the toys in the drawers below the large display cases will be added next. I would say that we have about 1/4 of everything out so far and couldn't be happier. It is a honor to be a part of this and make it available to the world. Thank you to everyone that helped me make this dream a reality.
Yes, awesome! I'm pretty certain I had a couple of Toyota pickup stompers when I was in 1st or 2nd grade. Didn't the really old school ones have tall skinny foam rubber tires with massive treads?
Edit:
Yes they did. Google searched it. The Brat is Rad. I had a '79 Brat when I was 17, got my first FJ40 at 19.
A couple of new Land Cruiser toys available out there (1/87 Busch 43037, 1/64 Matchbox FJ40, 1/43 AutoCult 1976 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ56, and two new 1/24 scale Motor Max Platinum Land Cruiser Model 79137:
