There was a 905 liquor store in Columbia, MO when I showed up for college in 1983. You could buy a case of 905 long necks in a reusable wax cardboard box for $4.99. When you returned the empty refillable bottles in the box, you got $1.20 back. That was insanely cheap even in 1983.
If you grew up in St. Louis before I guess about the mid 80s you may remember 905. For the discerning drinker when you couldn't afford Busch. It was the house brand for a local chain of liquor stores.
The beer seemed plenty good to me. It was a shame when the 905 store when out of business.
10,000 Count hijack: Dafuq is up with those rearview mirrors? I think I'd reconsider my $500k+ purchase with those mirrors... I'm allowed to be picky with my fake Half-million purchases.
