Hey everyone! Next Expo committee meeting is tonight at 7:30. We still need committee help! And volunteers for the day of the event as well.
Areas we need a BOSS!
Day of event volunteers - parking, signs, etc
Swap Meet - I will start a thread started where we can get people started to advertise stuff they are selling and stuff that people are looking for, and then would love to have someone to be in charge of the swap meet area at the event.
Silent Auction - organize the items from the vendors, handle the announcements at the event, etc
Kids area
Non profits - food donations, pet adoptions
And many more
