thanks to everyone that came out and donated toys to the event. last i saw 2 of the 2 1/2 tons were full and the other was pretty close to full!

great turnout again even though the weather (as usual) wasn't cooperative. some folks even got time to play on the ramp and the teeter totter. the kids loved the rock wall and ball toss. and this year, we didn't run out of food ;) .

best turnout by rising sun in the four years the event's been held, kudos to rising sun for helping out the rugra....kids

just heard from shelley surface (pres of the assoc). an extremely appreciative and excited man from newport beach california was the winner of the raffle vehicle. he, ironically, is a member of a scrambler club.

Had a good time! Glad to help out. Thanks!

Aw, that's the least I can do.
Lin had to hide the toys we donated so I wouldn't open them and start playin' with 'em on while waiting in the drop off line.
Good to see Rising Sun at the event. It helped break up the monotony of Jeep-Jeep-Jeep-Jeep-Jeep.

Ige, did you see Dave Bayer over at the Rock Stomper booth? I was glad to see him -- it's been a couple of years. He still has his built Jeep and is wrenching over at Lithia Chrysler.

My daughter got a nice picture on Santa's lap, and told him all the stuff she wanted for Christmas (one of which is an Easy Bake Oven). My son was too scared of Santa to sit on his lap. He did love the ball toss game over at the National Guard area though! He also enjoyed the martial arts demonstration, once I told him it was just like the Power Rangers.
