District related to the maintenance of OHV recreation.
Education - Restoration - Information
Test for projects: is it signing? erosion control? restoration?
keeping the public on the route? education? re-establishing closures
of previous decisions?

Adopt-A-Road agreement for Miller Rock, status.
Gordon Gulch signing project, signing July 1, 9:00am Nederland store.
Four Mile Creek and Mount Alto signing, maps for review, plan meeting.
Jumbo Mountain access, status (JD)
4) Motorized Trail Signing project - JD
Possible projects status.
5) Lefthand Travel Planning update - Brian/Cat
Lefthand travel plan is out.
6) Yankee Doodle Lake - Bill/Roz/Valerie
Post and Cable project, Aug 19th, planning (Bill)
[EDIT] NOT the 19th, but the 26th (actually the whole weekend) [/EDIT]
Restoration project, Sept 2-3, planning (Bill)
Contact Rollins Pass Restoration group (Valerie)
Update on Gilpin, Boulder, Grand county efforts.

Status of private property gate, Black Rose mine.
8) Overland Fire Closure - Jeff
Field trip canceled.
9) Middle St. Vrain - Greg/Adam
Middle St. Vrain / Coney Creek 4WD roads are open.

related to Boulder Ranger District motorized recreation. - All

1) Restoration Projects on Park Creek, Bald Mountain description of
work for Categorical Exclusion.
2) BRD Transportation Inventory Grant.
3) Sugarloaf Single Track.
4) Adopt-A-Road agreement for Lefthand.
5) National Forest Funding.

Last Meeting:
2) 2005 grants
319 Grant for Lefthand is in phase II. Funds may be available Fall 06.
Rainbow Lakes campground grant Was not approved for funding.
3) 4WD Road Signing project
Adopt-A-Road agreement for Miller Rock, no update on easement.
Gordon, Fairwell, and Bear Gulch materials planned.
5) Lefthand Travel Planning update
Will be signed end of May, look for final early June.
6) Yankee Doodle Lake
Forest Service ID team to review area and complete reports in summer.
Post and cable being ordered.
7) Gillespie Gulch
No change to date. Possible closure to happen at the Black Rose Mine
property.
8) National Forest Funding
Proposal to increase Colorado recreation funding for forests, $2.5
million. Stalled at Allard's Office. Will move to on hold section.
9) Overland Fire Closure
Field trip to area June 4, 8:00am at Lefthand parking.
10) Lefthand Cleanup
Had 71 volunteers, not including FS personnel, worked 3 hours, filled
the dumpster.
11) Urban Front Country EA
Travel to be separated from the shooting, camping and campfire.
12) Middle St. Vrain
Possible new gate for Coney entrance. Paint host site table. Review
Coney side projects for fall.
