Bill Moore Brunch Like A Girl!

Today was a great with great company! Trail conditions were perfect with no snow making our way to lake easy peasy. I had some concerns about that. One new gal on her fist ever trail, Melisa and she crushed it! Everyone brought something to share and it turns out we all have a mega sweet tooth! Chai banana bread, the best thing ever! Lemon poppyseed pancakes, coffee cake and honeydew were just some of the items on the menu. Rupert loved the honeydew the most. Played around on both poser rocks, got our feet & paws wet and enjoyed the wildflowers. Rupert loves water, with bill moore being more shallow it was just the right depth for little dude to splash around. @DomOfTheDead took a bunch of the group photos and will be posting those soon.

I had an absolute blast. Thanks so much for making this happen! I think that was really fun trail as well. That it's challenges, but nothing that was grueling. It's in an area with a lot of offshoots that would be fun to explore too. Even just running that trail is great because the lake is worth the trip. I would totally run it again. I've got a few good photos. Let me get them organized and I'll get them put up here.

great day on the trail! awesome group, thanks to @Yarn Cruiser for setting this up and leading. thanks to everyone that attended. we had a nice brunch spread at the lake and had a good day. weather was good, low trail traffic and everyone was nice.
