BEULAH HELP DAY — WE NEED YOU! The small mountain town of Beulah is hurting. After already being devastated by the Aspen Acres Fire, the community is now being hit hard by flash flooding caused by recent storms moving across the burn scar.
Once again, our neighbors are stepping up for one another. The people of Beulah are doing the work themselves and have not received the government help they desperately need. This is truly a community coming together to help a community.
We are asking our club members, friends, and anyone willing to lend a hand to come volunteer for a Beulah Help Day. Whether you can bring a shovel, help clean up debris, move belongings, clear mud, haul supplies, or simply put in a few hours of hard work — every set of hands matters.
We will be headed down there Saturday morning.
CAMPING AVAILABLE FOR VOLUNTEERSSome of you know have a property nearby with 40 acres that we would like to offer to those coming to volunteer. Volunteers are welcome to camp on the property and will have access to bathrooms and a kitchen while they’re here helping. We have been extremely fortunate to not have been directly affected by the flooding and the fire which came within 1/4 of a mile from our property. A lot of our neighbors have not been as fortunate.
This is our chance to show Beulah that they are not alone.
