So, I have been following this guy for a bit " Adventure Taco". So wanted to share a link to some of his travels and Routes.
I personally find them pretty exiting for my upcoming season.

He also has many good tools and suggestions for planning such events and more, if you dig deeper.

Our organization has provided GPS tracks to the riding community since 2010. These tracks allow anyone to go out and ride a BDR route.
