We rented the large pavilion from 6:00 - 9:00 pm.
Fairmount Park (18 acres) is part of the Prospect Recreation & Park District. It's located just south of W. 54th Avenue on Quaker Street. Situated at the base of North Table Mountain, there are spectacular views of the mesa from the park.
- 6:00 pm - Grill 'n' Chill. Use the grill at the park or bring your portable grill for your favorite grilled items.
- 7:00 pm - Rising Sun meeting - EARLY START TIME
- 9:00 pm - Park closes

- One Large Pavilion – Four 8’ tables and one charcoal BBQ Grill, one electrical outlet
- Two Small Pavilions – Two 8’ tables and one charcoal BBQ grill each

- Handicap Accessible Restroom (Seasonal, approx. May to Oct.)
- 60 Car Capacity Parking Lot
- Camping chairs for you and anyone coming with you.
- Adult refreshments in cans or plastic bottles. We received permission to have alcohol at our event. We're allowed to have it so long as we're not selling it or providing it to anyone underage.
- Dogs must be leashed and under control by the owner at all times.
- Frisbee or soccer ball or horseshoes if you arrive early.
- Glass beverage containers are prohibited. Bring your beer or soda in cans or plastic bottles.
