Who has the club's raffle tickets? Are they coming to this run? Can you bring them? Or can I get them from you today?
We're going to have a raffle for a trasharoo.

We are in, 4 of us in stock LX.

Anyone camping out tonight? My son is eager to to camp and I'm in for the adventure.

Supposed to rain all weekend. Seems like it might be counterproductive to have a bunch of trucks driving around on mud soaked trails. We may leave a trace or two.

The CA4WD has canceled their Slaughterhouse Clean-up Run for this weekend.

I was wondering the same, Stan. I guess the group could make a game-time decision up there based on conditions, but it seems that the roads would be quite muddy.

Who is going up to potentially camp tonight (if the conditions are favorable)? If I can get off work on time, I'll drive up and check it out.

Who all is going anyway? A good friend, Cruise Moab attendee, and RS Ouray attendee is in from out of town and might be interested in a passenger seat.

I am not attending.

Reply here or PM. Thx!

People's Soviet Socialist Republic of California,
Just to confirm the meeting point location... Are people meeting where Google Maps shows Leavenworth Creek Road take off from Guanella Pass Road (https://goo.gl/maps/fn8TU) or are we meeting at the site of Waldorf, as 4x4 Explore shows (http://www.4x4explore.com/rds/a_rds/argntn_ps.html)?

I was in Georgetown earlier today but didn't go above town. Clear Creek is really ripping. It cleared up in the afternoon and started drying out a bit though.

I won't be able to make it tomorrow. Hope it is dry enough and a good time for everyone.

The trail is impassable ;) There is a jeep with his hood up in front of me.

It is all good, we got him fixed up and on his way. The jeep shut down when water temp went over 220.

EDIT: Not my place to hijack this. Not my trail. Ill do my best to be there, but I'm moral support only. I'm heading for surgery soon and cannot lift/pull anything. I can pick up small trash with my HF arm grabbers though.

If the trail is impassable, and the creek is beyond flooded, and the trail is muddy to the point where we'll do more harm than good, an alternate plan needs to be made.

Maybe we just show up and figure it out in the morning?

We are meeting at the visitors center across from the Valero in Georgetown at 9.
