When the load is raised to the desired height, place the handle in the upright position clipped to the steel standard bar.

Ha thanks Tim, I sent an email her way. I'll follow up with a phone call if I don't hear anything back by Wed of next week

Just emailed back and forth with Valerie. She's is not familiar with the process for reserving the fairgrounds and couldn't recommend a good contact. So, I figured I will look them up and call them when I get back into town on Monday.

Got ahold of jefco fairgrounds, they said it shouldn't be a problem and directed me to the online event application. They will review it this coming Tuesday in their planning meeting.

All is submitted, I estimated 30-40 rigs and 40-50 people..... does that seem about right?

I have asked our esteemed newly elected Vice Commander of the Rising Sun 4x4 Club of Colorado to oversee this event. Jackson Philpy. I figure he needs to do more than just look pretty in our monthly meeting.

So with that being said, please direct all your ideas, information, equipment, etc to him. Look forward to hanging outside and learn.
