Brother in law sent me home last month with half a hog... Iowa bred and fed. I didn't get to hunt it on their farm but bacon is bacon!

When I lived in Texas I had a buddy who hunted wild hogs all year. I was set up with hog meat in every variety. Pork Chops, roasts, link sausage, dry sausage, spicy breakfast sausage....... dang it was good!
