Hey Treeroot,

My neighbors brought me a picture of my old LV from around 1982. They had their VW Van slide over the ledge on their property & were using the LV to pull it back up over the lip.

I took a pic of it with my cell phone, which I have downloaded to the computer. But, it is like 250K so I can't post it here.

Abe sent me the pic

"The year is approx. 1982 & the van had slide off the cliff in the mud. The big cat sitting on the hood is Arlo the super cat & he supposedly weight 26 pounds.

Looking at the fact that they were pulling in reverse & had their wheels turned, I figure they are lucky they didn’t break a birf.

Also, apparently the bezel was upside down for at least 20 years, as it is upside down in the pic, and still was when I got the truck…"
