whats the difference between the model year sliders? you also have the 4x4labs diy sliders.

The mounting bracket by the catalytic converter on the left side.
I’m not a welder so I’d have to rely on others and then I would have to take it for powder coating. At the end of the day is that a better option for me? I don’t know.
Another option is to take the sliders that I have, working with some Welder friend tack a bar across the brackets, cut the brackets off of the step tubes and replace that part. The dimensions of the step are 2 inches tall by 7 inches wide. So we have to get one piece of rectangular tube that size or do other cutting and welding to put things together. Then I’m still hundreds of dollars in for materials plus all the time getting material, doing all the work, plus getting it powder coated.
I think I’m gonna adult today and hit the easy button. Fix this issue by throwing money at it. Seems like kismet since White Knuckle is so close to KOH.
Anybody else wanna put in an order for something and save shipping?

Jon and Natalie, and their daughter Chyree at White Knuckle Offroad are amazing people.
Had fun picking up the sliders and talking with them.
First, it was showing up in LongCruiser, then their face is lit up when Rising Sun and Cruise moab came up in conversation.
The night before at Ultra 3 I met Luke Porter and his daughter. Luke owns 4 x 4 labs. He said they make a 93-94 slider. I have to tell him his website shows it as coming soon.
I think these are gonna be great sliders for the LongCruiser and I can’t wait to get them installed.
