Brian is just showing off the nice gold cadmium plating on his headlights... He was hiding his bezel under the rear floor mat. ;)

Wow, that's a huge turnout!

I think we were 19 strong at our strongest.

Still we were missing Nakman, Ige, Kevin, Zepp, Subzali, and a few other seasoned veterans. :p: :thumb:

When my wife and I headed out to hit the Kingston Trail this morning, we had no idea that we would run into such a great group of Toyota owners. As new Toyota owners ourselves, we have been spending all summer hitting some of the great trails around Colorado (new CO residences as well), but never thought to look into joining a community or look for a club. Upon driving up on this train of FJ40's on the trail you all were so welcoming, open to having us tag along, and helped us learn more about Rising Sun, the forums, and the local Toyota community. Made our morning and trail ride truly one to remember out of all the others we have tackled this season. The moment we got home I hopped online and started researching this group and simply had to join. Thank You all for the warm welcome and for letting a non 40 tag along. Truly a great group!

(Pics we snapped as we took up the rear)

It was great meeting and talking with you. Glad you had a fantastic day. Join us for a meeting some time.

Bruce were you leaking oil? Got a text from the dude in the green 40 with the jeeps saying he'd seen fresh oil on the trail after they passed us.

I do have a small drip from rear main. And I need a new power steering box, it leaks a little too. Nothing major though.

Good to hear bud, Rand made it sound serious, I figure I leak from every orfice of the cruiser... But I don't want a hemorrhage either.
