Last time I was in Montezuma the mayor came up to us and asked us if we could refrain from airing up and down in town, she would like people to utilize this turn out area instead:

It isnt clear which turnout on the map we are referring to
I do think an alternate to in the town is better. I wouldnt be happy if 20 vehicles stopped outside my house and hung out for a bit

I'd say the loop will take 3-4 hours...but I don't know for sure...I haven't run them before!

Good News is my Orion finished build yesterday
Bad news is there are other issues that likely will prevent me from getting my 40 back today

I plan on going on this run. Will meet you in Montezuma Saturday morning. I did Red Cone and Webster two weeks ago. Radical Hill and the Loop last year. Been several years since I have done Mt Santa Fe. If I remember, it is mainly switch backs and constant up hill run up to the mines near the peak. Not very long, but lots to see. Reminded me of Mt Antero near St Elmo. I believe Michael will be going with his FJ40 also.
