Great place, just don't show up during a soccer tournament.

Yes, but it looks like it will have to be the 14th or 21st. The 28th is out for me now. I haven't heard any complaint with that place in Broomfield so I guess that's OK. I haven't had time to drive down there and scope it out to see if it's suitable, though.

Please let me know ASAP if anyone needs components since I'll need to get them ordered or you'll need to get over to HRO ahead of time. I have a couple of PL259s and some coax but not a ton. Test equipment is taken care of. I'll have an antenna analyzer, a USB vector network analyzer (really fancy antenna analyzer), a butane soldering iron.

Alright, absent complaint it will be April 21st at Broomfield Commons. Just realize the 14th is Cruise Moab training, whoops.

Dave,

I have a lot of LMR-400 in I think 30 meter lengths if anyone wants to set up a base at home. I'm happy to bring some of this as a raffle prize if you are interested.

Dave take a look and see what you think maybe I can save you a trip. Has 4 big parking lots with soccer fields in between. Has restrooms and places to sit down. Tim and I live directly down the street. Let me know if I can do anymore recon for you.

Please note changes to #1 post for details.

I'm planning on being there.

I have cable to program a Baofeng BF-F9. Pretty sure it will work with a few others of Baofengs if someone has one of their HT's they want to program.

Also, check out this link: Colorado Repeater List. Great way to start a programing list for repeaters.

Chirp can probably program most radios people own in the club, so it's more a question of cables I'm betting (so I listed radios for which I have cables I know work). I have stand alone software as well as Chirp, I'm confident we'll get it worked out.

If you see my updated first post I posed the question about the "Eggs" part. Is there interest in doing more than bagels and coffee? Would there be more than 2 of us willing to commit to maybe a buffet/potluck at 9AM?
