Slant 6 & 4 on the floor!!!
It came from Jimmy’s father in law.
I love this van... We’re thinking it’s going to be our shop van. Stay tuned for more pics. Going to start with a big old baselining. Should be interesting to see how hard it is to wrench on the motor from the cabin. At least it’s a slant 6 and not a v8...

Cool van! I bet this and an 80 series have a similar wheel base...

Sweet digs!
Working on the engine isn't too terrible. In some ways it is more convenient. If you ever need to pull the engine, well, thats a whole different story. (Think passenger door egress/ingress)

That’s what my mechanic did the first time he rebuilt my van engine, pita. 2nd time he just dropped the whole thing down with cross member attached. Detached the cross member and lifted van leaving whole thing on floor. Much easier he said.

Checking in here, feeling bad because I’m going to start some new built threads but I haven’t given this one much love. Partly because we’re waiting on the title... I had new whitewalls put on her and have a big pile of baselining parts to install when time permits. My metric tools aren’t working so well on her, what gives!? lol
I also read the manual and discovered you can point the middle row seat backwards facing the third row so she’s set up limo style now...
