I got this as part of a trade, and honestly, I don't have the room to store it and not sure it is my sort of car, so I am seriously considering a sale.

What it is:

1985 Corvette, gold in color, tan interior, automatic, smoked glass targa top.
Was re-painted within the last 10 years, seats re-upholstered, 4 brand new tires on factory wheels, in-dash CD.
Runs well, reasonably maintained, but it shows its age for 25 years old. Everything basically works as it should, but the trim and rubber seals could use some attention. Runs and drives well, so it is reliable transportation, just needs some TLC to be a real looker. Fresh emissions test on 7/13 where it performed well. New water pump, newer battery.

I should mention that in running a Carfax type report on it this morning, it spent its early life in So-Cal. After that, came to CO where it has been garaged as a weekend car. I don't have a garage, hence why I really need to consider a new home for it.

V8 5.7L engine runs great with LOTS of power. 1985 was the first year to offer Port Fuel Injection. Automatic transmission shifts smooth with no problems.
Well maintained with recent tune up work.


Features:

-Glass tinted removable “targa” top provides for a top down convertible ride but less noisy when the top is fixed in place. Also no need to ever replace a worn out fabric convertible top. Glass targa piece stores under the rear deck lid so it can easily be taken with the car anywhere.

-Matched set of 4 factory Corvette wheels with near new tires.

-Power windows

-Power and heated side mirrors

-Power seats, re-upholstered in nice cloth.

-A/C, but needs recharged

-In-Dash aftermarket CD player with power antenna

-Digital dash that works perfectly

-4 wheel power disc brakes

-Rear hatch pops open and shocks still hold glass nicely. Rear defrost grid.

-Rear deck wing

-Power steering

-Flip up headlights work great


EXTRAS: Mini-mask “bra” brand new with all install pieces/instructions, custom fit Corvette car cover, windshield sunshade with Corvette logo, “Corvette Parking Only” sign, “covers” over each tail light, nice dash mat as the dash is cracked.

Reduced again, now at $4,700. I don't have a garage to store this over the winter, so leaving it in my driveway (1/2 block from a high school) just isn't right. Hoping to find it a better home!
