I'd like to join but I've never been on a group run before. Just got into the hobby last summer. Just show up at Mcdonald's parking lot at 9am on Sunday and look for Toyota trucks? I'm planning on bringing my wife and daughter with me. Is there anything on the trail that might scare them away from the four wheeling?
Thanks,
Todd

There are a few steeper sections but nothing bad. No big drop offs, or driving along the edge of a cliff. That's what I've found scares passengers the most. hehehe:D
Most of the trail is through thick wooded area. Lots of very experienced wheelers in this group to help if you feel uncomfortable on any part of the trail.

They will have a great time

Yes, just show up. No it is a super-easy bunny trail. I ran it solo with my wife (who is scared of hard stuff and anything resembling a cliff or steep drop off) and my granddaughter a couple years ago. We also ran it at night on one of the spooky night runs.

As I mentioned in the introductory post, Spring Creek has just gotten too difficult for all but the most experienced drivers and built up rigs. I won't even run it in my wagon, and it is on 33s with a locker. I chose this trail because it is easy enough for novices in stock rigs, and it is close in to town. I hate having to drive too far to trailheads.

Looks like we are going to make this one. It's the 4Runner's turn to go wheeling, so we will bring it. :D

Greatly enjoyed meeting those in attendance today. Wife, baby and dog were all happy as can be too! Look forward to riding with you guys soon and hope to join the club (by way of meeting attendance) by the end of the summer.

Cheers!

Kyle
