Hey Stan , I have never run either trail but i did run Barbour fork with you a few spooky night runs ago. My question is, are these trails comparable to Barbour forks and runnable with a stock 2000 toyota tundra, the green one if you remember. Thank Lars.
Both are similar to Barbour Fork in terms of difficulty. Slaughterhouse is even easier with no real obstacles. Twin Cone is doable in a stock vehicle. There are a few rock gardens, but even they are small. We can easily stack a few rocks if needed. The hill climb (you can see it in the video I posted) is just a bunch of loose dirt and rocks, but no obstacles.
I wouldn't anticipate any issues, but I have not run the trail yet this year. We'll get you through either way.
Hey guys I am fairly new to the area and just joined your forum (after lurking several times in the past). I just happen to have tomorrow off work and have been trying to make one of your events but stuff kept popping up. I will plan on being there tomorrow and look forward to meeting some of you. ( I'll be in the lifted 97 fzj80)

Thanks for the ride and pizza today folks! This was my first day in a long time back on the trail. Thought it would be dampened by the pouring rain, but in true Colorado fashion it cleared at elevation and was nice, cool, and not dusty, The FJ was happy to be back in its native habitat and also met some nice folks. It was nice to meet all of you and hope to see you out there again soon.
