Fitted the new 4core radiator. Salvage yard tomorrow for an electric fan. Added some Run Cool hood louvers too. I want the LS running around 200 not 210+.

Tore down my rear, tired of the leaks so the hubs shafts etc all go to work to the parts washer I’ll install new seals tomorrow along with new pads since they’re soaked.

The quest to run cooler is close to done.
Added dual speed Lincoln Continental fans to the radiator (need to wire still) and put the hood back on.

That cooling setup looks awesome.

How much thicker is that rad than stock? It looks like a beast.
I'd have to measure, but she's a thick b@#$h

It’s been two weeks of on-and-off work making this bumper from a kit, but I finally got it mounted up yesterday. Shout out to @J1000 for letting me borrow big tools, Jimmy and @DanielChase for the use of the shop, Nick for laying a couple of beads and for general suggestions, and to whomever helped me get it installed yesterday (I don’t know your handle on the forum). Hopefully it will “patina” soon so it matches the truck 🤣

New pulleys, AC compressor, belts, and Landtank modified blue fan clutch today. She’s been noisy since a nice lady pulled out in front of my in her Mercedes coupe three years ago and totaled her car while diamonding my frame.

Purring like a kitten now.

Got a new RLD Designs Canopy today! 1st truck canopy in 20 years of owning a truck. Looking forward to secured gear! Thinking about upgrading leaf springs to prevent any sag when all loaded up.

Rear axle rebuilt. New wheel bearings, parking brake shoes, brake pads and rotors. Also got the Lincoln Continental fans wired in to the LS computer. Wiring will be tucked away better soon.

So far today. Folded up seats, loaded a couple pallets. Searching for a alt. As mine stopped charging on the way to work.

@Notyourmomslx450 mind if I ask where you sourced your lm7? I got a new 4l60e trans to bolt to my mini’s 4.3, but now I need to get either a standalone trans controller or a modernish v8 with an ecu, and they’re about the same price. A v8 mini sounds pretty good to me.

I gave up, hit the easy button and paid to have my exhaust done. I tried my hand at building my own while learning to tig, and ended up sore and cursing with a half-done exhaust and substandard welds. Glad I tried my hand at stainless because I have way more respect for those who do it well. This was done by Hanksville Hotrods. No relation to Hanksville UT, because I know you are all wondering. Also, Hank is the best. Talented and friendly. Its not cheap but I couldn't be happier.
