Looks like I can't edit the text or insert a link or photo using the top tool bar?
I try to click on them but nothing, this issue is while I'm on my phone, If I'm using a desktop they work.

Try turning your phone so you can view the page in landscape mode, and the tools will reappear and will be functional:

I’m using my phone to post this, and don’t have any issues, though I am on iOS, using Chrome.

I was having similar issues on android. Mine was not letting me move the cursor and other weirdness. Does it work if you temporarily hide the keyboard while typing?

@DanTheMan, I think you need to use the "Toggle BB Code" function to get these tools working again. Here is how:

Step 1: click on the three vertical dot icon on the upper right:

Step 2: click on the icon to toggle the BB Code visual editing tools back on. This icon might be on the left or the right depending on your screen. It looks like two brackets: [ ]

Let me know if this fixes the problem.

FYI: in case you are wondering why this function exists, it can be helpful to edit the underlying code in a post. I toggle back and forth between these two states all the time to edit posts. In fact, here is what the BB Code looks like for this post:
