@DaveInDenver Is there an "effective date?" I did not see one with a quick review. I'd like to do a trip to the places that will be closed before they close.
I think since it's signed it's in effect now. They have a lot of signing to do so I have no idea if that will take weeks, months, years.

Like I say, alternative D was the least smelly turd and probably wouldn't really make much of a difference to fly-through trips. It took a couple of 3-day trips to get eyes and feet on a few things I wasn't sure about when writing my comments and I very far from traveled everything. That was just in and out.

Remember this is the San Rafael Desert, not the Swell. The majority of what's being closed looked to already starting to fall into disuse and was partially reclaimed already, so to full size OHV it won't be a major loss in practical terms. There's still around 700 miles of roads and primitive roads open.
